Great performance by Poonam and Anamika for the Zoroastrian Associan of Michigan. We sang for over 2 hours at No cost and covered over 80% of the farmaiish/request songs, including 3 on the spot requests. Some of the most enchanting requests like "Jawani Jaaneman", "Piya tu ab to aaja" and "Mere Sapno ki Rani" were from the Senior Citizens and they were up and about dancing to the tunes.
Songs were covered all the way from 1950's to 2015 with a wide variety of singers covered like - Mukesh, Rafi, Kishore, Lata, Asha, Neha K and Shreya. All in all, a fun event and great opportunity for us to try out some unusual songs.
